The Miniflex Slotted Multi Bracket (SMB) is used at distribution points where orderly
fibre management and protection is required. It provides isolation from tensile loads
for vulnerable and sensitive components.
The SMB can be adapted to individual needs with the use of Miniflex Optical Fibre Protection Tubing (OFPT). From the initial fibre entry point superior fibre protection against bending, crushing and kinking is secured. Assembly of tubes is made easy by a simple lay-through design, no threading is required.
The 4-slot SMB can hold a maximum capacity of 12 Optical Fibre Protection Tubes (5mm OD) and the bracket can support up to 70N pull on any patch cord and completes the integrity of the system. The Single Slotted Multi Bracket (SSMB) can hold up to three 5mm OD OFPT and is a modular build, clip together unit, for any number of tubes. Miniflex is introducing a new SMB designed to hold up to 18 of the 3mm OD OFPT. A 6.35mm version of the 4-slot SMB will be available soon.

Single Slotted Multi Bracket can be stacked together. The OFPT is lined up so that its grooves are in line with the notches in the bracket and then firmly slotted into place.
